Delivery Information

We offer Free UK Delivery on orders over £40.
Many orders contain live plants so all orders are sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail or by courier for larger parcels.

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Fridays only. If you have ordered something that is marked out of stock then we will post your order as soon as everything is in stock. We may be able to post orders out on other days on request.

Postage is charged on orders under £40 by the combined weight of the parcel of goods ordered.

• 1st Class Royal Mail Large Letter 0.01kg–0.1kg £1.20
• 1st Class Royal Mail Large Letter 0.11kg–0.25kg £1.60
• 1st Class Royal Mail Small Parcel 0.26kg–1kg £3.65
• 1st Class Royal Mail Small Parcel 1.01kg–2kg £5.70
• 1st Class Royal Mail Medium Parcel 2.01kg–5kg £17.00

Royal Mail delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once purchased online you are then able to arrange to collect your items direct from our Studio in Christchurch, Dorset.
